Want to get away for a while with your colleagues? Work on team spirit? Or simply enjoy a fun, relaxed outing together, with an emphasis on experiencing nature?! At Duckwing, we have put together several packages to make it an engaging team day in the beautiful Grape Region. These can be tailored to suit your group.

eco team building

Morning: Cleanup on foot or by canoe. We provide all the equipment, you clean up together and make it a useful and enjoyable morning.

NM: In a group and under supervision, make BEE HOTELS that you take to the office and/or home to improve biodiversity.

active team building in nature

Morning: Geocaching with an introduction by geocache expert Frank. Afterwards, head out into nature together to log your first caches!

NM: Kickbike tour adapted to the group's level: relaxed, with or without hills. Or a bit more challenging here in the beautiful hilly Grape Region, near the Smeysberg. There is a suitable route for everyone.

pleasant day in the countryside

VM: fascinating nature or historical WALK guided by an enthusiastic expert.

NM: CREATIVE Pyrography WORKSHOP where you get to work with a burning pen and create something on wood. This can be adapted to a specific theme or logo. Relaxing, cozy, and a return to basics!

VM: FOREST BATH led by forest bathing guide and nature coach Sigrid. Forest bathing originated in Japan and has positive effects on physical and mental well-being. It improves concentration, awakens your senses, and creates a better connection with yourself and others. link info forest bath

NM: guided NATURE WALK in the beautiful green Ijse Valley or pyrography WORKSHOP.

adventurous outdoor day

VM: FIRE WORKSHOP with DIY LUNCH: completely back to basics! Learn to make fire together without matches, and afterwards enjoy a comforting meal cooked over your own fire.

NM: strenuous kickbike tour or SWEDISH TORCH making workshop.

For small groups, there is the possibility of tree climbing or a canoe trip in Flanders.

PM: KICKBIKE TOUR through the Grape Region with a visit to LOCAL BREWERY De Kroon, including tasting: brewery info

Included

Location surrounded by greenery in Flanders, in and around our covered outdoor area, welcome with coffee and tea, guidance by Frank: nature expert & outdoor specialist.

Multiple options are available for lunch: sandwiches, soup, croques cooked on the wood stove, tapas, casseroles, lunch buffet, extensive buffet, ... We can take preferences and allergies into account (vegetarian, gluten-free, ...).

Our team-building activities are non-competitive and are not focused on performance, but rather on relaxation, experiencing nature, collaboration, and connection.

The above-mentioned packages are for a team day at our location, but upon request we can also develop a customized proposal for a half-day or a team-building evening activity.

Can also be combined with:

For groups of up to 25 people, with availability of a heated covered outdoor area including a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, stove, BBQ, tables, fire pits, eco-toilet,...

Parking nearby, but also easily accessible by public transport from Leuven and Brussels. More info on accessibility: practical info
