Welcome to our unique tipi !
From April till October you can stay here in a beautiful spacious tipi tent in the green Huldenberg, in the province of Flemish Brabant. Not far from Leuven and Brussels and a stone's throw from Tervuren, Overijse and Oud-Heverlee.
Our tipi is located at the very back of our location, offers the necessary privacy and is suitable for 4-6 people. Additional persons are possible on request.
There is no traditional bed, but it is wonderful to sleep on the palletbed with extra thick, high-quality and insulating sleeping mats.
For extra insulation, we also laid an insulating carpet, so you won't be bothered by cold or moisture from the ground.
Included is the use of our cozy and luxurious outdoor area with fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, microwave, kettle, coffee corner (coffee and tea included), plates, cutlery, glasses, fridge, eco dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels. Everything to enjoy a delicious meal, but there are also some restaurants and takeaway options nearby.
Do you like outdoor cooking? No problem: you can use our BBQ and fire bowls or enjoy slow cooking on the vintage wood stove/oven. You do not have to pay extra for wood with us, it is available to you free of charge.
There are tasty regional beers and local lemonades ready in the fridge!

You can stay from €65, depending on the number of people and period.
There are 2 formulas
* basic : bring your own sleeping bag and towels
* glamping style : here we provide pillows, a comforter, sheets + bath towels (+€15 pp)
To refresh yourself there is an outdoor shower with filtered rainwater.
For bikers we have a save place for your bike to sleep + bike wash, bike pump,...
Only 1 tipi at our location so plenty of privacy and absolutely not comparable to a busy campsite!
Possibility to put an extra tent or a camper, on demand and for the same group/family.
Located in the beautiful Grape Region, in the green Ijsevalley not far from the Smeysberg. Nearby there you will find a walking/cycling path and numerous car-free routes. In the wider area there is the Heverleebos, the Meerdaalwoud, the Doode Bemde nature reserve, the Sonian Forest,... All part of the Brabant forests in Flemish Brabant.
In the vicinity you will find the walking and cycling junction network, mountain bike routes and some iconic cycling routes.
You can rent kickbikes or a canoe from us for a nice day trip. More information about this: kick bikes and canoe .
We ask that you treat nature and our garden with respect + recycle in the waste bins provided + ask for silence after 10 pm.
Your dog is welcome, the garden is completely fenced.

Taking a break? Ardennes feeling just outside Brussels? Price-conscious, cozy private overnight stay with a camping feeling? We experienced it all in this cozy teepee! Nearby are nice walking routes through forests and fields where you can imagine yourself in the Ardennes. Tanja is also a very friendly and non-pushy hostess who is open to all questions and requests. Highly recommended! Kim

Great friendly welcome at Duckwing outdoor. I took an optional canoe trip and highly recommend it. If you're a bit adventurous, ask about the trip upriver.

The campspace is absolutely gorgeous. The tipi tent stands in the lovely green garden with outside shower. There is a lovely wooden covered cooking spot incl fridge. In the garden are many lovely chill out spots and there is a beautifull eco toilet.
The area is lovely with 1.5km walk along the stream into the little town where there is a shop and a snack bar. Loads of routes for beautiful nature walks and bike options in the area as well. Besides that there are some lovely city's closeby like Bruxelles and Leuven. Shiva

A well-kept natural garden full of corners where you can relax. All the basics are present and very well cared for. The teepee tent was certainly spacious enough for four. Lots of privacy. The kitchen/house is ideal for when it rains.
Very good reception and guidance. The canoe trip was also well organized with good explanations and instructions. Overcoming obstacles together was a real adventure. Especially with a 9 and 12 year old. Recommended! Marja
